It's Autumn in the Cowichan Valley and the weather is perfect for Ulti!
Cowichan Ultimate meets every Thursday 7:00 PM-8:30 PM at Cowichan Sports Plex. We play under lights on MacKinnon Field (real grass, bring your cleats) until Christmas. We play full field 7 on 7 coed.
League fee for our Autumn is $40 and will cover your insurance and field cost until the end of 2008.
